We collect information in a few limited ways:

• Client business information — when we build and support a system for a client, we may process business records such as lead records, appointment details, and customer contact information that the client provides and controls.
• Basic usage information — standard technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate region, used to understand how our website is used.

• To respond to inquiries and audit requests.
• To scope, set up, and support client systems.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
• To communicate with clients about their systems and our services.
• To meet legal and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

LeadsForYou configures follow-up and messaging systems that operate on behalf of our clients. Our position on messaging is straightforward:

• Messages are sent only in connection with existing customer relationships and a consent process documented by the client.
• The client is always the visible sender of customer-facing messages.
• We do not conduct anonymous outreach, cold consumer texting, or messaging to purchased consumer contact lists.
• Systems are designed to account for consent, opt-out requests, and contact preferences.

Systems we configure are designed to honor opt-out requests (such as replying STOP to an SMS or clicking unsubscribe in an email) and to record contact preferences so they are respected going forward. If you have received a message from one of our clients and want to stop receiving them, use the opt-out mechanism in the message or contact the business directly; you may also contact us and we will assist.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and email providers), with a client when the information relates to that client's own customers, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. If you are a customer of one of our clients, we may direct your request to that client, since they control their own customer records.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
